We are adhering to strict covid cleaning protocols for the safety of the students and staff. Please note all students are required to provide proof of vaccine in addition to a negative covid test that is taken within 48 hours of November 24th.
What happens if I test positive for Covid or start feeling showing symptoms?
Before the program starts: If you test positive prior to the start of the program, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please do not come to campus or attempt to attend the program with a positive test. By attending the program you are attesting you have not tested positive for covid nor have been in recent contact with someone who has tested for covid.
What if I start to feel symptoms during the program?
Please contact email@example.com for further directions. We ask that you quarantine and do not come to campus.
Will I be able to attend the program online?
At this time, there are no plans to livestream the program. The program is live, in-person only.
Will I be eligible for a refund?
Refund requests must be made by November 9th by 11:59 CST. If the request was not made prior to this time, you are not eligible for a refund.
Does every attendee need to pass the Health Check?
Regardless of age, every attendee will need to pass the Health Check requirements.
The health check requirements: proof of vaccine and a negative covid test within 48 hours of the event.
Will I have to wear a mask?
We encourage guests to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, except while actively eating or drinking.
What are my options if I am unable to attend because I have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case or am experiencing COVID-like symptoms?

Are students required to be vaccinated?
Yes, students are required to be fully vaccinated prior to the start of the program. Someone is considered fully vaccinated if it’s 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.
Will there be any other health screenings?
Students are required to present a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 diagnostic test. Federal guidelines mandate that COVID-19 tests be free so they are accessible to everyone. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has developed this helpful resource to locate free testing in your area. The test must be within 48 hours of the start of the program of November 24th.
When you attend the program in person, you attest that you have not been exposed to Covid-19 and are not experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.
